Nice little studio apartment. The apartment had nice views of Cusco, and was a 10 min walk to the main plaza. The apartment is located uphill of the plaza, so be prepared for a steep walk, and the apartment is located up a few flights of stairs. The apartment has a smaller bathroom (standard in Cusco) and the shower has a built in heater unit that only operates from one tap. So you get either hot water and low pressure, or high pressure and cold water. It seems to be a solution for buildings that don't have a hot water supply. There are some cafes nearby with good food, and a laundry close for washing.

About ten minutes from Plaza Mayor, it is convenient with oarking and hot water, Raul the owner is very accommodating.

Very nice budget place to stay

I had a very nice stay here. A clean, safe, place to stay. About a 10 minute walk to Plaza De Armas and all the possible tourist action that goes on there. Cusco as a town needs a lot of work, as you will see when you visit it, but this place stands out as a nice place to stay.

Basic apartment with lack of service

Pros: Location OK
Cons: Cleaning should be more frequent. No support for accidents, in our case having being due to a
Location: Walking distance to the Plaza, enough restaurants and craft stores nearby.
Apartment just OK, basic service and no communication channels with the administration. Terrible support to infrastructure/equipment deffects, the shower door broke in pieces the 1st time we took a shower (and injured me with 3 wounds) and did not have a replacement door nor a solution for the whole stay (8 nights) ... Never compensated that nor reacted on time with a solution. My children could have been injured severely if happened to them, lucky happened to me.

The communication with our clients is one of the aspects that occupy us, since without communication we could not know their requirements and we would be limited to attend them better and opportunely. In fact, there was an incident on the second day of the family's stay, when we were informed of the breakage of a shower door (which is tempered glass precisely for safety). When we went, we could see that Mr. Barros made three finches in his hand, giving him the necessary basic medicines. The hotel never charged for the replacement. None of the family members showed disagreements, communication was constant and we always attended to their requirements in a timely manner (cleaning, changes, additional, consultations, taxis, etc.). The claim arises one day before the check-out, when after reiterating, Mr. Barros pays the difference of the amount for the accommodation service of two additional persons, since the reservation was made only for 3, although the family Is composed of 5 members (2 adults and 3 children). Ms. Barros, upon learning of the payment, asks us to "refund her an amount for the incident," and even threatens to put a case on Expedia. We believe that honesty should be a standard to lead both hosts and guests and we believe that guests should receive a good service and pay for it, according to the conditions established at the time of booking. We always try to provide the best service to our customers, showing that we have never had any inconveniences or complaints. We are convinced that good communication, cordiality and timely attention are fundamental to keep our customers satisfied by our service.

Near the airport. Very clean and spacious. Staff members are kind. WiFi was Ok. Sometimes it wont work but they have several you can switch. Water heater needs to improve. We are used to cold water but Cusco is very very cold. And hot water would be nice.

Ante todo la calidad humana de Raul y su familia. Anfitriones de calidad internacional !!!! Nos ayudaron en todos los contratiempos q tuvimos, checkin fuera de horario, problemas con el automóvil, etc. Hermoso departamento, cama superconfortable y ducha de agua bien caliente. Gracias Raul x tu ayuda, sos una gran persona.
