The park behind it is lovely but the access to rooms is difficult (only stairs)

Hotel did not meet expectation

The room was half cleaned. There were no towels or soap in the room. I stayed for the amenities but the Jacuzzi and sauna was out of order.

Such wonderful staff

We booked this hotel thinking that it was attached to the Expo Unimed where we were participating in a convention. However, it was actually about a 15 minute drive from the Expo. We were told by the hotel that many guests make the same mistake due to google maps. In any case, the beds were extremely comfortable and everyone on staff was so pleasant and friendly. The complementary breakfast is very yummy. The only problem is the location of the hotel not being where we thought it would be.

Excellant service and staff. Enjoyed the quality and variety of food at Mabu Park Resort. Quality for the price. Grounds needed care (possibly because of weather season).
