"We love staying at the Edgewater hotel because it's so close to the strip. The staff are very friendly and polite. This is the second time we have stayed at the Edgewater and our two kids love it because when we need a quick break from the strip we can jump right into the pool (or hot tub)and then go back out and get dinner. The free breakfast is also an added bonus."

"Brookside was a nice place. It could use some updating, however. I rented two rooms. Pros - Rooms are spacious. The location is quiet and peaceful. Kitchenette has sink, refrigerator, and microwave. (No cutlery, dishes etc. provided. The bathroom is good. I especially liked the sinks. Cons - The lighting in the room was weak. No central ceiling light and lamps were not very bright. Rooms did not have the same amount of lighting. Beds need new mattresses. The furniture was different in the rooms. One had a couch and no chair. The other had a chair and no couch. One had two chairs at the peninsula. The other had one. All of these chairs needed some repair to the backs. It appears that when furniture is broken it is removed and not replaced."

"I walk into the room is was clean smell good but the only thing they didn’t check was the dresser into of it was left close from someone who was staying there before and there was milk left in the refrigerator but when I talk to the person who was taking care of us she was super sweet understanding and we told her what was left in the room she explained it to us they she was cleaning and "
