Check in was fast and easy, room is updated and clean, bed is nice and firm, parking garage elevator goes directly to the floors - all for a good price! There are also a ton of food options in the area that are walking distance and a target!

Housekeeping did not clean our room well. The bathroom door does not fully close.

location is pretty good. staff is a little bit under-trained, hotel is ok but the room we had is a little below expectation: not well-cleaned; very ill-lighted.

My bedsheet had a large blood stain in the center of it. The couch in the room had semen stains all over it.

The bathroom is dark. The light in the bathroom is broken. The bath tub was slow draining. The bathroom area smell moldy. The closet door was broken.
