"The hotel was built in a very high crime area and drugs and lots of homeless people there's really no restaurants to eat at The hotel don't have inside restaurant streets are very dangerous street parking only no garage please read signs very carefully or you will get tickets or be tow I had to walk three blocks back to the hotel at night because there was no parking anywhere The hotel does need microwave in all rooms it would be very helpful, other than that it's a very beautiful hotel inside just a really bad area that they build it in not show when parking garage will be ready probably next year sometime The breakfast was very delicious good choices all and all the stuff was very very friendly very hopefully I had on my stay 2 young man they was amazing . and there's always fresh coffee in the lobby to drink and please to owners you need security at the hotel desperately.no swimming pool ,do have gym and laundry room."

"Valet parking very convenient considering this location. Bistro did not open for dinner hours or the complimentary breakfast which was promised for the morning."

"The shower was not clean. Looked like someone had used it as a toilet (#2) and it had not been cleaned since. Disgusting"

"The room was fine, the bed comfortable. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was Kleenex, but no TP. It took my 25 min waiting in line to be checked in. I was so tired b/c of traveling all day from Europe that I had no energy to complain about it. I don't know if the hotel's understaffed, but I paid $200+ to stay there. "

"The staff was super helpful, breakfast was a good add on, the rooms were clean, the heat was turned off for the building a bit early but they are an older building and had space heaters for each room and extra blankets. Staff was nice to bring up deliveries if needed and there was nice lemon water available and bottle waters and coffee, the mini fridge was in good condition. It had ample and clean parking. Would stay again!"

"The location is great. Plenty of food around to pick from. The room and bathroom is spacious and nice looking. They even go as far as to put a little air freshener in the room. My only complaint would be that their shower water takes a really long time to heat up. I almost thought we weren't going to have any hot water but it does eventually turn hot. I would stay here again. "
