Stay here u won’t b disappointed
Posted 1 Jan 2023 on HotelsCheckin was fast & efficient. The owners gave us a double and a single instead of a family suite which suited us just fine. Rooms were clean with enough toiletries & towels. Double entrance onto the pedestrian precinct & back alley to load/unload. Parking was right outside the hotel for the whole 3-day stay - very convenient.
Housekeeping was polite and thorough.
Breakfast was good with the basics. They made cappuccino & hot chocolate.
Now, service. I forget some clothes in the closet so reception packed it and sent it to my home! Got it 3 days later. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and served as a base for Limone.

Service is good and rooms are quiet and spacious.
My only complaint is about the air conditioning which can not be controlled from the room, which makes the room hot at times.

Great location and unique setting close to everything the only issue is not easy to locate since it sits in a non car zone. Lack of parking an issue as well.

Good hotel -pleasant stay
Posted 5 Jan 2019 on HotelsGood hotel just off Cuneo’s main square. Owners very welcoming, front desk helpful with local info & reservations. A few good, inexpensive pizzerias within 200 meters. Breakfast good with fresh fruit, cereals, cold cuts, breads & juices.
30 minutes from ski.
Two negatives: Asked to pay cash for tourist tax ?! & publc parking in the parking deck than with hotel voucher?!

Dear Guest I do thank you for your stay and review. Regarding your question: City Tax is due to local mayor, we only cash it. That's why in order to avoid extra charges for credit cards etc we ask well in advance (posts in lift and at Reception desk) to be paid cash. 2,00 euro per person per day is not a big amount.. Regarding parking we have two spots, one beneath the hotel underground for medium/small cars and one for larger ones within 100 yds. By local policy Hotel Guest have free access to the ZTL traffic limited area but parking can ONLY be uderground, or outside the ZTL area.
