This was a great place tucked away in the hills. We are grateful they were pwt friendly and even had a back door to our room with a patio

The location is wonderful. It’s in a dreadful condition. No hot water, Areas of construction within the room

Hello, Jermy, we had painters painting the rooms on the opposite end of the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience. We had around 20 rooms rented out at that day. Most of the guests checked out by 9:30 am because the water was shut off between 11:05 am till 11:15 am to fix a pipe urgently. We apologize again for any inconvenience that caused. We are now done with all the renovations. Our guests are extremely happy to stay in newly painted rooms. We are very sorry. It was one time event during the renovation. We thank you for coming. Please come again. I promise it will not happen again.

The price was good. They offered free water. The room was clean but they need to change their towels. Horrible towels. The towels are so thin because of over used. At the last day, we noticed that at the bottom of our bed sheet there was a a bloody looking stain on it. We think it was a paint because they just painted their furniture. We are better in checking our bed sheets when we first get into our room but this time we didn't do a very good job. Hopefully, it was not blood .

Matthew, sorry for your concern. I can assure you we do not use bloody or any spotty bedding. The painters were rushing to finish last 5 rooms. They covered the bed setup rooms with their clear plastics. The spot you saw it might have been from the headboard stain. All the rooms were painted and all the Furnitures were stained. I am sorry for the inconvenience. We could have switched you from that room had you informed us. We are definitely changing the towels. The towels we ordered were for the contractors. We do have some fluffy towels in our linen storage. But we are aware of this issue and will address soon. We apologize for it.

Enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion we have would be to get better towels.

The girl working the first desk was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very big and spacious. We loved the balcony where we sit outside and listened to the creek running,

Room was not cleaned well. Staff shared they had employees quit and were not fully staffed.
