Very nice room but dark bathroom. Food was very mixed. Dinner was tasteless - all items available in buffet. Breakfast was better.

We loved it here. We stayed for a week it was so nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had tons of options. They have a pool it was a bit cold but I also enjoyed relaxing on the pool deck after going in the sauna. It's a short walk to the beach so nice.

Horrible hotel. I tracked a lot in my life but it’s the first time I had bed bugs. Stay away. Book at Santa Marta instead. The reception senior staff very rude.

Don’t let the Bed Bugs Bite!
Posted 16 Sep 2023 on HotelsWelcomed by a bug crawling across our bed as well as a flooded bathroom. My father had filthy towels and a used plaster on the bathroom floor. Waited ages for anyone to come and serve at the bar. Done customers even walked away due to not being served.
