Our stay was perfect the place is very clean and safe. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious.

Bathroom in our room didn't work. Manager given very poor explanation. We had to use bathrooms by the office.

I didn't appreciate the dated condition of the rooms as well as the plumbing issues. Toilets did not function propertly and sinks water was but a drip,.

We got locked out. Door Key would not open the door. It required maintenance staff to use their tool to open

Bad experience

Bathroom dirty,towels old and holes on them sheets dirty, no hear dryer, no iron and iron board and the food at the restaurant terrible

No hot water for two days, one day the room wasn't cleaned at all, another day they didn't leave bath towels and didn't sweep the floor and the Wi-Fi signal was in and out

Una disculpa por los inconvenientes. Respecto al agua caliente si tuvimos un daño y han estado trabajando en ello. En cuanto la limpieza aquí lo comento con el área correspondiente para ver tema a tratar.

This property is beautiful and in a very good location. The restaurant has very excellent food, but the service could be better. The property is old, but functional, my issue is that the towels were falling apart, closets without hangers, and dirt on the hair dryer holder. The toilet had a leak, so water was being wasted. When I pointed out that the smoke detector was missing, they said it was not a big deal and never installed one. For the price, it is a nice hotel to stay, but they can improve on the aforementioned issues.

The hotel is very nice with one with nature. But the room are old and very beat up. The service was good and quick. But the rooms where out dated. The bed sheets where dirty when be got there and we let them know and they quickly change them. During the night the ac turn on by it self and would not turn off and they sent the maintenance personal quickly to fix it... We were bitten my a bug during the night felt it was bed bugs but could not find it.
