Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Along side from what Expedia stated they refund money, im general overall, DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for Americans.

Dear Randy, we are very sorry about your inconvencience, I know you wanted a refund at the moment of check in but the hotel policy clearly estates that you only can get your refund 24 hours prior to check in. We apologize for all your trouble with this policy.

Es un desperdicio el personal tan amable y tan bueno que tienen en ese hotel y el dueño no se preocupa por el mantenimiento del lugar.

No queen size bed I reserved instead gave 2 individual beds this is 2nd time in a row
