A cleaning person that entered the room took a pair of apple air pods from my open luggage( I never tough about hiding anything before. Never had to) and the door key card. When I reported the incident to the manager she told me that the cleaning person HAD NOT REPORTED TAKING ANYTHING. And since they had no issues in the past I must be wrong about my claim… The room smells like wet something. There is no ventilation that works in the bathroom and all humidity stays on the walls… Nice looking hotel in the pictures… very disappointed on the place . The food was no grand nor bad just bla…I will not comeback to this place and I don’t recommend leaving anything that is important in the open.

Bad-•Check-in process took way too long. After giving the front desk a copy of my confirmation, they could not find my reservation.•I booked a room with King bed, was put in a Queen. It was corrected. •The nightstand had obvious residual sweat from a cold beverage. •Small round table had sticky residue. •Hand sanitizer dispense at elavator was empty in the lobby and the 4th floor.•Rubber Shower drain cover was disgustingly black. •AC in Lobby was not turned on... It was quite warm. I asked for fresh towels and maid services at around 2pm when we left the hotel, after returning after 5:30ishPM still there were no fresh towels nor maid service. Good-food servers in restaurant were courteous and attentive.

I didn't feel check in was very friendly. I requested a room with a view of the city and I felt ignored.

Llegué como a las 7:00 Manuel el de recepción muy déspota de mala gana todo no servía el internet del centro de negocios me asignó una habitación horrible en la cual adjunto fotos el baño estaba totalmente sucio pero irónicamente tenía el sello de sanitizado pedí cambio de habitación io sorpresa la bañera se tapaba la caja de seguridad no servía la cafetera tenía café por dentro echado a perder un desastre este hotel no vale ni por nada lo que pide no lo recomiendo hospedarse en el. No exagero adjunto fotos lo único rescatable es Gerardo el botones que tuvo mucha disposición en ayudarme a resolver mis problemas

En términos generales el hotel es agradable, confortable y como un plus tiene muchos negocios de giros distintos muy cerca.
