The hotel was closed and the entrance boarded up. I was still charged and not refunded. I am disputing this with my credit card company.

Tiene este hotel muy buen servicio, pero la condición de las habitaciones es muy básica, antiguas, pero confortables, Cuentan con muy buen aire acondicionado, televisión. Un pequeño closet.

La gente de recepción es sumamente cuadrada. No hay forma de que realices una solicitud, sin que te cuestionen el porque. Por ejemplo, la recámara cuenta con dos toallas (super viejas) para bañarte. Éramos 4, pagamos por lo 4 y cuando solicitamos dos toallas más, nos cuestionaron el xq y después de una explicación (innecesaria) nos trajeron 2 toallas más y tuvimos que firmar un vale por 500 pesos. Me sentí en un hotel de paso totalmente. No cabe duda que lo barato sale caro.
