Everythin was wonderful, hotel was beautiful and the location was amazing. Its just a really busy location.

Hotel staff go above & beyond to accommodate any need you may have. We used their airport pickup/drop off as well as a private driver to take us on a few tours. There was a charge of course but we found it to be reasonable & worth it. The are is safe & highly walking. Their rooftop restaurant & bar is absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Great service it’s right at the zocalo tons of stores. Rooms are nice but on the small side
