It was a great stay the only downside was that it was a fiesta and the bar was closed.

A simple stop over but sort out a code for entry before you arrive. I was very confused but staff were very understanding and helpful.

Not very quiet, very noisy
Posted 23 Mar 2023 on HotelsLocation ok, restaurant ok very helpful lady behind bar, Spanish menu ok, food ok.
We checked in via the automatic check in received key ok.
Went to bed early around 9.30, noise started around 10 from next door, chairs and tables being moved, at least 3 people in there very loud voices didn’t stop got louder and louder, we left around 12.30, will not stop there again, will not recommend to anyone. If you want a quiet night after a long drive do not stay here.
Room was one of the biggest and best we have stayed in.

The room itself was ok. Spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
The location was not too bad if you drive. It is about 20min driving to Zaragoza town centre.
Disappointing things:
Aircon was not working. The room was boiling.
No shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the toilet, just a bar of soap.
Breakfast is extremely poor. Not worth it to pay for it. It is basically one croissant, coffee and orange juice. You cant repeat!

Thank you very much for your comment, regarding the shower gel, shampoo, etc. We have already changed all the soap bars and we have put in a system of soap, gel and shampoo, much more practical and hygienic. With regard to breakfast, there is the option of taking the room without breakfast included and asking for what you want in the cafeteria. Thank you very much.

Loved the fact it had a lift. The staff were friendly/helpful. On site restaurant and bar. Would recommend.

Ok for overnight sleeping only.
Posted 7 Sep 2021 on HotelsIndustrial area not good for children. Friendly checking but checkout receptionist rude and unhelpful. Room and bathroom clean but a little worn. Curtains need replacing.
