Property is close to the lively area but we couldn't hear any noise at all. It was peacefull and quiet and people very friendly. Swimming pool was the big deal for us. Kids spent there every day. The lovely beach 10 min walk. Just had to make sure all food was sealed in the kitchen, as it attracted tiny ants... We defined will be back ☺️

My sincere thanks to the team for the comfortable accommodation and excellent hospitality provided. The amenities were more than adequate. My son and I really enjoyed our stay. 👍

The room did not look like the picture. The bathroom smelled and was not clean. The bathroom was separated by a thin divider. You could smell everything. I checked in very late and they wouldn't let me check out early. No one came to clean the room. I would not stay there again. You are changing American prices the stay should be up to par. Very disappointed

We take pride in ensuring our guests have an excellent experience while visiting Tobago. It is therefore quite unfortunate that this guest would be this untruthful. 1. I personally checked in this guest around 9 pm. She did not review the checkin details forwarded two days prior to her anticipated arrival and was not aware of the door code nor the checkin details that were included. Furthermore our Customer Rep asked for an approximate arrival time prior and an estimated time was not provided. 2. Immediately upon arrival she indicated she smokes weed and that she hoped this was not an issue. She further indicated this was mentioned to and approved by Expedia. I was speechless as to my knowledge, this is not an option on the list of requests that can be made. I responded by advising no smoking is allowed in the rooms and weed smoking is not allowed on the property. She then asked if she needed to find somewhere else to stay because her boyfriend was coming the following day and smoked more weed than she does. I responded “you are free to stay, we just do not encourage smoking of weed on the premises. If another guest complains you would have to desist.” I saw the guest twice the same night as she again requested my assistance in accessing WiFi on her phone and tablet and then when she asked about meal options. 3. The following day the guest contacted our Customer Rep and requested to be moved to another room because the bathroom area was small. Staff advised we were at full capacity and unable to facilitate a change of rooms. 4. Our rooms are cleaned according to industry standards and no foul smell was present when I took this guest to her room. At no time did this guest report a smelly room.4. Our housekeeper is on-site everyday. At no point in time did this guest advise of a smell nor did she request a cleaning during her stay. Our cleaning policy is clearly stated. We would have graciously agreed. Lastly, the space is exactly as described and reflected in the photos provided on the booking platform. Nonetheless, I hope the guest enjoyed Tobago and extend best wishes on a safe return home.

The place was a small size compared to the pictures online. The swimming pool was small. We were in room 4. good air conditioning, ice in the fridge, bath robes, beach towels, condiments eg tea, water and snacks. Fridge works amazing. A 5 min walk to eating places and bus stop. (you need to find a place that sells bus tickets if you want to ride the bus) Answered my emails walking distance from the airport to the apartment. -The TV didn't work. I would have liked to be compensated for this. No place to put your towel for having a shower. When walking be careful passing the bed you tend to bump your leg/foot can be painful. Room can seem dark. Toilet paper very thin. It would be helpful and useful for some information for tourist to highlight. Eg places where the mall is, beaches and mention there is a cost to pigeon point. You need to have bus tickets for tourist to ride the bus, list places and destinations. Places recommended where to eat for vegetarians/vegan/seafood lovers Traditional habits on the island. List of tours available or unique tours. (rent a driver to take you all around the island) typical local food where to find it. You don't go on holiday to just eat pizza and chips you need to go for a real experience bake and shark or curried crab

Best stay in Tobago

This was a family trip that was perfect from beginning to end. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and bars....definitely check out Jade Monkey!!!. The apt was clean and comfortable with the pool and laundry facilities as an added bonus. I highly recommend booking your stay at this property because I'm already book for my next stay, that's how much i love this location!!! I didn't remember to take any pics and wish i had to share in this post but next visit ill be sure to have pics to show in my review

The property was very nice and included a pool. All the amenities were available. A nice strip mall in walking distance. More towels should have been provided considering we were 6 and only has 4 towels. Apart from that a very quiet neighborhood walking distance to the main road.

Restorations Tobago is a pretty decent hotel. It is located in a middle-class residential area in Bon Accord in close proximity to the airport, beaches, night life, supermarkets and a gas station and not that far away from the capital, Scarborough, an other beaches and night spots that are not located in the Bon Accord/Crown Point area. The unit was very nicely decorated and was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with small appliances, a stove and refrigerator in excellent condition, as well as good quality pots, chinaware and cutlery. The bedrooms were the only rooms that were air conditioned and the beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and full length mirrors were provided in one of the bedrooms. The Property Manager, Emmanuel, was very responsive and did his best to address any issues that arose that were under his control. Main Issues: 1. Loud music emanated, day and night, from the neighbouring property. 2. The area for parking at the facility was a narrow driveway. Only 3/4 vehicles could fit, one behind the other. 3. A consistent connection could not be maintained on Digicel/BMobile data and the 3 Wi-Fi connections were all very poor. 4. The 2 chairs at the kitchen table were very high and one was missing the back rest. They were virtually impossible to use by short persons. 5. Water issues on day 1. 6. No instructions were provided for the cable TV service. 7. Unit 1's porch needed cleaning. 'Average’ rating based on issues outlined above.
