This is our second stay and it won't be our last! Luke and Pedro made sure that our stay was comfortable and we love the made to order breakfast! They also provide helpful recommendations on places close to the house. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Overture B&B was an excellent place to stay. Check in was super easy and the staff very helpful and informative. They told us about the area, as well as how to get around with recommendations for local restaurants and how to use the public transportation. The home is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff running breakfast are very friendly and kind. I highly recommend staying here!

This place was a great find! We enjoyed the uniqueness and location. Close to restaurants and shops. Easy drive to anywhere downtown. Great breakfast!

Such a unique experience! Beautifully exquisite home with a warm welcome from both Luke and Pedro. Loved the personal touches they both made to create an enjoyable stay; from the beginning courtesy call to the breakfast call to the “Your breakfast is ready” text. The breakfast omelette with homemade salsa was delicious. Stayed in the Guatemala Loft. Very comfortable and spacious with a private bathroom and great views from each of the windows. So many antiques and artwork by Luke to look at. Will be coming back for sure!!!

Such amazing staff. Homemade salsa and jam from their garden. Really engaging owner who made sure to have flowers at my request for a special occasion for my fiancé. Loved the whole decor and convenient location

It was far enough away from downtown for it to be quiet, but close enough to be able to walk to everything. The history and artifacts of the place made my stay interesting and the gardens made it restful. Wonderful place to stay.
