Totally worth it

My family was making a 8 hour trip and this was the half way point for us. We have stayed in many hotels and this by far was on the top of our list. We have a 2 year old and a 1 month old and this was the perfect place. Breakfast was amazing and far surpassed our expectations. Very good food. My wife cant eat gluten or drink milk and still it was able to satisfy her for breakfast with no issue at all. If we ever make thos trip again, we will for sure stay here. Very good place with great service.

The rooms were beautiful. Cleaning staff was great. The only thing i didnt like was having to oay for parking. Everyhtijgbekse was beautiful and amazing. Id definitely stay there again

Don't bothering going to this hotel. I told the hotel that I already paid for the hotel and they told me that this is temporarily hold on my credit card and then I noticed that I got charged and then I came back home and contact orbitz and they said they won't refund my refund. What are the reasons to charge me twice. Is this behavior legal?

Best hotel in city....Staff and management need training. Never told at check in rooms are not cleaned unless requested. (Different policy than same chain we stayed at 2 weeks ago.) Sinks fill and don't drain leaving disgusting mess. After requesting room be tended to housekeeping garbage not removed and nothing cleaned but they left 7 or 8 bottles of shampoo (room had none).) Valet services brought guest wrong car as we waited then took 10 minutes to pay due to card machine not working. GM and staff will respond to guests complaints by complaining to you about conditions and other people complaining to them. Interesting guest service tactic! Food was good but service terrible. Got an English menu but had to translate because servers don't speak English! Stay and be prepared for an adventure.

hotel novo, mas com defeito no LED(ficava piscando a noite), sem muitos canais na tv, cafe da manhã bom.
