Just checked out after a 2 day stay, great location and good value for money. Staff are excellent friendly and helpful. 20 mins from morpha nefyn for golf so perfect if you want a good location and a good brekfast to start the day. Well done Lion Hotel, very happy

Lovely hotel. We had a very nice weekend here. We like everything. Only one thing could be better.....walls could be thicker.
We can hear everything people were saying &doing in the room next to our room.

Good points: the location and the parking area, the politeness of the staff. The cleanliness of the room with convenient sockets. I appreciated the fact that at least a few of the staff spoke Welsh (my first language).
Bad points: the bed was the most uncomfortable of the 3 hotels in which I stayed this holiday. Perhaps my experience might have been different if I'd paid for a better room.

No available food on a Monday and no restaurant in use for evening meals
Staff all excellent and helpful and bar food was very good
Noise from room above us was disappointing and sounded like people walking on bare floorboards
Overall the hotel was good to very good
