On booking in at reception the receptionist could not have been more helpful to make sure I had the best accommodation suitable for me with my health issues, 10/10 . The only problem I found was with the dining menu downstairs, not a lot of variety, no parma, who doesn't have that on the menu, I don't eat seafood and was booked in for buffet breakfast in the morning so that took a few of the options out.

Overall a beautiful hotel - if only the service and the front desk staff were better trained, it would be 10/10… such a disappointment!

The swimming pool was on renovation at the time , that was the only downfall for us.

Beds were comfortable
Bathroom a bit cramped and no walk in shower
Breakfast was very good
