Clean room comfortable bed and pillows love that there was lots of places to shop and eat and close to downtown Chicago definitely will be staying here again

Elevator needs work done on it.

Cookies for their breakfast, outdated and very noisy!

It was quiet and there were plenty of restaurants near the hotel
