The property is not impressive. I checked in with a child and found our room had no working television. So there was nothing to do that night in the room. The next morning we had plans for the day, but still nice to get back to the room and relax with some TV, or have some cartoons on for my child while I'm getting ready in the morning. Day 2, still no TV. And the staff refused to discount or switch my room. Unacceptable. I ended up leaving and going to Motel 6, which was wonderful! Fancy, working T/television , squeaky clean, and right across from the beach! I'm glad this place didn't ruin our trip.

There was holes in the walls in our room. The bathtub wasn't very clean with hair on it. The house keeper never came to clean our room and give us towels when we were there 3 nights. Plus our neighbors were called on and very loud.

The blankets on the bed were stained, there was a group having a meth party in the room below us, tv didn’t work. Avoid this place.

There was a problem with my Expedia reservation confirmation number when I tried to check in, but after 30 mins. and a call to Expedia, we got into our room and had a great stay. The location is directly across from the harbor and a great restaurant for fish and chips. The complimentary breakfast is nice. Gotta love Belgian waffles!

There was a giant burned garbage pile outside along with trash lining the entire back of the building. The windows all lacked screens. The beds sounded like they would fall apart if someone moved on them. There was also a giant crack in the floor of the bathtub where water freely drained and it felt like you would fall through the floor. The staff were very kind though and helpful. The room was clean - but definitely in dis-repair.
