We had the pleasure of staying at the Nordelaia hotel and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the stunning views, impeccable design and attention to detail in every corner of the hotel. The cohesive theme was evident throughout and created a beautiful and harmonious atmosphere that made us feel immediately at home.
The staff at Nordelaia were absolutely amazing. They were always attentive, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail was remarkable and made us feel like a valued guest. They had fantastic recommendations for places for us to explore and made the necessary reservations for us.
The restaurant at Nordelaia was also top-notch. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable, though they could add more casual options to the menu.
The spa at Nordelaia was a true oasis of relaxation. The facilities were state-of-the-art, and the treatments were some of the best I've ever experienced. The size of the hotel was just right, large enough to provide a range of amenities and services, but still small enough to feel intimate and exclusive.
Overall, I can't recommend Nordelaia enough. If you're looking for a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience, with a focus on impeccable design, attentive staff, and exceptional attention to detail, then this is the hotel for you.

This a gorgeous hotel with beautiful decor and pretty grounds with beautiful views. New and very clean. Beautiful rooms with views.
It’s a very relaxing hotel. I recommend going to their Spa. They have great facilities and a nice relaxation room.
They have their own vineyard with good barbera wine.
Bistrot is nice to have a drink and the food there is good.
They do a really good breakfast. The best I’ve had in Italy as they cook to order a real breakfast for you that taste so good. I don’t normally eat much of a breakfast other than a croissant and coffee but I did eat here as it was too good to pass up.
I never go to a hotel pool but I did at this hotel. The pool is very nice and relaxing.
The whole hotel has a very calming and relaxing vibe. Very 5 star in its appearance and service.
Concierge arranged a truffle hunt with El valet and it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the truffle hunt especially with El Valet. It’s a family owned business on their private grounds that offers a very intimate experience.
The hotel concierge offer excellent recommendations for restaurants, tours, and a close walk to the town of cremolini.
But with being on such a beautiful property you may not want to do anything but enjoy just being at the hotel. It was very hard to leave.
