Very poor and deceptive accomodation
Posted 3 Aug 2018 on HotelsOn arrival at this former council flat we discovered there was 2 flights of stairs with no lift facility and theregore tugging the luggage up was a challenge. In the flat there was one bed which was just about bigger than a single bed, a double bed and a flimsy sofa bed which was only big enough for 1 person. The sleeping arrangements meant 2 of us made a makeshift bed on the floor. There was no hot water, no dryer and the toilet made a dripping noise all night and I'm the lounge kitchen area the fridge and thermostat made a noise all night. I attempted to phone and text the owner however there was no response until the following day. A positive asp3ct was that the kitchen was well equipped with fruit snacks and drinks and was clean but definitely not worth £194 for the night. This flat is not suitable for 6 people

Thank you Mrs Raffia for taking time to put a review for us. We really appreciate it. Most people who come to stay appreciate that there is stairs as it's documented before booking. Pictures show the outside and inside, you are aware before booking. We do not market this as a high end hence the price. There is room for 6 average size adults, we have accommodated many pleased short stays. We offer a twin bed which can be separated to 2 single beds and one double bed as well as a double sofa bed. We are sorry you our facilities lower than your normal standard. We will investigate the other things you highlighted regarding the water as we were not aware of this. We really wish you had advised us of this while you were there as we would have send out someone to sort it within a few hours.
