Although the staff was very nice and accommodating this hotel was not worth the $165 we paid for one night. Our original room smelled like straight urine when we arrived with our kids. They did give us another room when immediately asked however that room looked like it had mold on the walls. Paint was coming off by the air conditioning unit. Do not recommend.

I really liked the room. The staff were professional and friendly. We stayed 1 night, breakfast was very good.

I gave this 3 stars but really was bordering on two. The reason I did go with 3 is the staff was very friendly and also part of the issue is the area - you are just not really going to find a nice hotel unless you go to Tallahassee. That being said the hotel overall is just not super clean, outside areas and hallways all could use some sweeping and vacuuming. Literally the worst hotel bed I’ve ever slept in hard mattress and lumpy hard pillows and there was sand or something gritty at bottom of sheets. By the time we were tucked in did not want to bother asking to change rooms or sheets, it was bed time. Also they have one of my least liked features in any hotel - turn bathroom light on and fan automatically comes on - ugh. So loud and makes an issue of you get up to go to bathroom at night. I would have felt better if this place was $50 or under $100. They do have a breakfast typical NWE (not worth eating) chain hotel setup. Again, staff very nice it’s just a dumpy hotel in an area that you’re not going to find much better.

The property is well maintained and since it was the off-season, it was very quiet. It's not the Ritz, but it is clean and no offensive odors. The continental breakfast was served daily and it was freshly prepared and sufficient. The staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. All in all, a pleasant stay. Be aware - there is a $100.00 damage deposit that is not mentioned on Expedia's website. Also, there is a $20.00 per night fee for pets that is not mentioned on Expedia's website.

They had a really great refrigerator/freezer that had quite the space and a little ice cube tray. Loved it. Dog walking area great. Pool is nice. They didn't have a working washer/dryer though.
