No clear direction where to park. Flexibility when to check-in awesome.

Overall a hidden gem in cranbrook. Only down side was the parking, which is more of a City of Cranbrook issue rather than the Hotels.

The renovations were really good to update amenities while retaining the character. The bathroom soaps/shower dispensers were a thoughtful touch, as was the bottled water cooler. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. Unfortunately the room faced the street and it was very noisy late into the night.

A hidden gem in downtown Cranbrook. Very clean and modern with an art deco feel.
