The renovations were really good to update amenities while retaining the character. The bathroom soaps/shower dispensers were a thoughtful touch, as was the bottled water cooler. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. Unfortunately the room faced the street and it was very noisy late into the night.

A hidden gem in downtown Cranbrook. Very clean and modern with an art deco feel.

Amazing charm! Probably the best bed i have had in a hotel for a long time! Great room.

Convenient location and rooms renovated. Bed was poor but highlight was pub below- service and food as good as anywhere- but this establishment will cut into your sleep plans
