The older lady that checked us in was rude. She sat at the computer mumbling - not sure if she was talking to me or to herself as I could not understand her. I booked a king bed on Expedia and she wanted us to take a queen bed. The room was very small but clean. Definitely would not stay here again.

Did not give me. The rate you quoted. Was supposed to be 67. She charged me 85. Not impressed

Its a good spot, I opted to stay here because it was very close to where needed to handle my personal arrangements in Cranbrook. The room was in good condition and had the basic essentials, no issues whatsoever. Check out time was 11am but my ride wasn't going to arrive by that time slot so i asked for a extended checkout until 12 noon and it was granted.
