Easy after-hours check in and out. Beautiful cabin and they even had a fire going for us when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay in the Buttongrass Cabin. The location of Highlanders was great. Super close to the park visitor centre and also the shuttle bus plus was very close to Devils at Cradle which I think is a must to visit when visiting Cradle Mountain . Our cabin was lovely, very clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was chilly when we visited so the fire was a lovely addition and the full kitchen allowed us to prepare all our meals. Highlanders was an oasis, very quiet and we were lucky to see a wombat and a few wallabies near our cabin. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great tranquil location. Property was perfect for the area, and the log burner just added to the experience!
