"We’ve been coming to the Westin every year and continue to enjoy our stay. It’s one of the nicest properties in Cozumel. It does have its share of opportunities because it is getting older and with the property on the water, it becomes harder to maintain. Overall though, the staff has continued to treat us very well. Huge thanks to Carlos the manager and Carlos the who served us at the pool. Looking forwards to coming back again next year. "

"Julietta did an amazing job! After our romantic dinner on the beach was not properly communicated, Julietta got us in for dinner and scheduled the beach dinner for the next night. It wasn't our anniversary the next day, but it DID rain, just as on our wedding day. Julietta had our room decorated while we were having dinner. She was great the entire stay! "

"This was an incredible property in terms of landscaping and design and each villa has unique features. We had a hot tub and an outdoor plunge pool which felt like a private resort. The breakfast was some of the best food we had during our whole stay. Humberto was super helpful as was everyone on the property. We rented bikes and biked to beaches ten minutes away.
