"Beautiful property and friendly staff. The food was okay (not much to expect from an all inclusive) but I did appreciate the variety of food options available. I would say beware of the ice cream machine!!!! My partner and I got a terrible upset stomach after eating the ice cream at the snack bar near the beach. Otherwise I would say this resort is worth the visit."

"Another up-beat Mexican resort trying to cater to everyone. Staff here is excellent as it is in most places in Cozumel. The ownership is central to one family, which makes a difference in their job satisfaction. I think others had mentioned maybe making the Explorean an adults-only resort. I would agree Fiesta Americana would be the great place for kids."

There is often a shortage of staff, and food items are frequently unavailable or served briefly. The beach is not very suitable for swimming; I anticipated a better experience based on the images displayed on the website."
