Loved the small boutique feel of this hotel. The views off our balcony were incredible! The staff were so accommodating and friendly! We had a couple massage and it was so good we did another before we left. Amazing experience beginning to end!

Nice boutique hotel with great views. Probably rent a car for your stay so you can get around the island. Good snorkeling out front and nice to have a raft!!

We stayed at the oceanfront room, the ocean view was awesome! The bed was firm and comfortable. Room had a nice layout, it was nice, clean and spacious. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping it tidy and clean. Hot buffet breakfast is included and loved that they offered a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables every morning. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful! Room can use more drawers and towel bars/hooks. It would be nice to have lounge chairs in the oceanfront balcony instead of regular chairs. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back in the future!

I liked the B unique because it’s small and you get to know the staff. Marcella at the front desk was so helpful!! Good snorkeling. Food was good, but a variety for breakfast would be nice. Loved our ocean front balcony room.

I absolutely loved staying at Hotel B Unique. I loved how serene and quiet it was since it is adults only. The service was great overall and the property as well as the rooms were squeaky clean!! Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The included breakfast at the restaraunt downstairs was also delicious and healthy. I will be coming back very soon

The staff is very friendly and prompt to help. They have a great partnership with scubadu for diving and fishing. They will cook your catch! This is my second year in a row and I will be back for sure!

This hotel is everything you are looking for if you want a peaceful vacation. The view from the rooms to the ocean is breathtaking. The staff very is kind and helpful. The reason of my trip was my birthday, and they made sure to leave some cute details which were very nice. Totally recommended!

Unique hotel in the North Zone.

We stayed at Hotel B several years ago and now prefer Hotel B Unique. While there are still issues with hot water and AC, the difficulties are less at B Unique. The sun area and ocean access are nice as is the pool. The restaurant menu tends Asian. The town is a quick taxi away and we’ve found a few taco spots where the food is cheap and delicious.

Totally loved the seaside views all day out the floor to ceiling sliding doors. The views could not have been better! The rooms are modern and cozy and super clean. Front desk service is amazing, from start to finish. Amazing massage, decent food, and poolside chill and bar/food service was superior. Try the nachos poolside! We knew there wasn't a beach here but the beach clubs south of the resort make up for that.

Absolutely lovely property! The access to amazing snorkeling was huge for us. Everyone was incredibly friendly and we will definitely be back. Our only complaint was that service was a little slow sometimes and a couple times our order was forgotten when we ordered from the pool area. All in all this did not affect the quality of our stay though.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Beautifully decorated, chill atmosphere, fantastic views and staff and the snorkeling was amazing! The restaurant lets them down slightly, as it is a bit hit and miss. They need better quality control. There were however lots of wonderful restaurants nereby - 20 - 30 min walk or 8 min taxi drive. There is also a spa onsite where my husband and I had a great massage. Cozumel itself is wonderful - safe, beautiful and friendly. We were very sad to leave, but will definitely be back!
