"The property needed updating in the pool areas and to go to lunch it’s a long walk with a disability. Other than that the place was phenomenal. The understanding of what you’re getting room wise is a little difficult between Expedia and the resort but the resort made everything work once we arrived. But we had to get assistance from a manager "

"This was our second time at the Presidente, and it was even better this time around! We come during the rainy season ON PURPOSE to keep the crowds at bay. The property has changed a bit with the addition of the new spa building (4 years ago)- nicely appointed, with 3 plunge pools hot/normal/cold in a quiet section of the property. While I was relaxing by the pools listening to the rain and the birds, it sounded exactly like one of those soundtracks that you hear on a meditation app, except this was real! For those who haven't been to the property, everything is close together with coral rock in between. You won't have to walk far to get to any place on the property and with the coral rock pavement you wont have to worry about slipping even in the rain! I also have arthritis and they use ramps extensively which make a nice alternative to stairs- if you hate stairs, this is your place! "

La playa del hotel es hermosa, de aguas cristalinas y tranquilas, ideal para disfrutar y relajarse. Además, la diversidad de peces es sorprendente, lo que la convierte en un lugar perfecto para hacer snorkel sin necesidad de alejarse demasiado. El hotel no es de lujo, se nota que tiene sus años, pero eso no le quita encanto ni comodidad: cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y reconectarse. En resumen, un lugar con excelente comida, una playa espectacular y un equipo humano que hace sentir a los huéspedes como en casa. Sin dudas, volveríamos."

"Enjoyed this stay for a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip! It was a beautiful stay with very clean rooms. The only complaint I have is the staff seemed pretty non-existent & I wish the buffet had some more options especially for breakfast dining. Regardless, the resort is pretty well kept up, dinner spots were delicious & the drinks were great! "
