Perfect hotel, not too far from the beach, breakfast buffet was reasonable. Reception desk staff were really polite and attentive.
Would recommend.

Check in time is 2 pm but I got room at 4 pm. Their services are poor. They even don't know how to welcome a guest. Price is too much according to a room. Old fashion washroom. They even don't know how to goodbye a guest.

The ocean view was nice and the proximity to the beach. I enjoyed the A/C room. The ambiance of the interior balconies was very peaceful.

Bed was really sh**t could not sleeping at all the whole 3nights because it was making noise.No one came to clean I told them to clean the room.even though when I told them to send house keeping to check the electricity because there was electricity line problem.they assured me that there be someone within a minute but no one showed up until I went to the reception for the second time and told them again that I living in cave right after paying in this 21st century.

Hotel room was advertised with Hill view in the TITLE while the room only had a view with buildings! Wrong description was given! I chose that room for the view! When I complained to front desk, they said they no longer has rooms with hill view at all due to new buildings being constructed. Yet, they failed to apologise or compensate me for my loss! They were also very unprofessional in their response!

Bad service from both hotel website and this hote
They charged me and didn’t check me in with excuse manager not here to check you reservation …..!
