Horrible, waited 15 minutes at the front desk and finally a gentleman came to the front desk who didn’t speak any English or French. He contacted the owner and put me on speaker phone. No toilet paper, the place has seen its days. All vending machine’s are out of order, Very dirty and outdated. The front desk opens at 8am till 6 pm. For emergency good luck finding anyone at the front desk. $169.00 a night not worth it, but for $69.00 a big MAYBE. No room service at all, face cloths that are old and have holes in them, not even a spare toilet paper after I called the owner and complained about no toilet paper. Had to go to McDonalds across the street to use the bathroom. Chinese owned they don’t care, they only want to collect. She kept giving me excuses new staff and they are in training, there was no one there when I got there. Save your money and you can definitely find something better for that money. Never saw the owner, but the worst experience I had. Oh forgot to mention that on the first night someone was doing laundry in the middle of the night at 2:30 am. I was able to hear the washing machine! Very cheap

Perfectly clean and updated room with a coffee machine. The wall chargers have USB plugs which is great. The shower was hot and the head brand new. Clean towels and sheets, comfortable bed and pillows. Courteous and efficient check in. Excellent value!

We were in town for a family event to find that this motel did not have a human working until 3 pm and then no one again after 11 pm. Our first expressions was the strong smell of cat urine. Rugs taped to the floor and tiles broke and off in the hall ways. No ice machine. Broken in the main lobby. Room was dated. Fridge didn’t work, with water on floor. Shower a coffin size. Unless you had a Netflix, Prime, etc. account, they’re no watching to tv. Two towels, no soap for washing your hands. It was not worth $100 let alone the $178 be paid to stay there. Awful!

Basic bed and shower. Didn't like cats in lobby, but others might enjoy that. Front desk not staffed all the time for questions, but pleasant and responsive staff generally.

Several spiders and webs in our room on arrival. My husband got rid of them Front desk is not manned, sort of self check in an out. The bed and all linens and towels were top notch.

Nobody at the Office all day. Phone message box full and nobody cares. Cable TV not available. Roku TV only and doen't work.

Avoid!!

Room was filthy and beds not made. Got a new room. The beds were at least made but room was quite dirty. Cobwebs, dead bugs, stains on the walls and in the tub. Desperately needs a major renovation
