Very clean and updated hotel. Close to ballpark as well as nice selection of restaurants. The trips in the elevator were a bit confusing but after a few adventures able to navigate.

From Concierges to Front Desk and the Dinning room.. warm welcoming staff. Kate at check-in was excellent so was Marvin in the dinning room. Convenient parking and the Great American Ball Park was at walking distance.
Exercise room was well equipped with all needed equipment and refreshment.
Must Stay !

This was a nice hotel to stay at and the staff was very nice. Im in the housekeeping business so there were a few things I noticed but no big concerns. The room edges could use more attention.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. The hotel was hot and miserable. Our room would not cool down so it was very hard to sleep. You can hear everything from other rooms around you.
