I'll start off with the positive. The gentleman working the desk was friendly and proficient. That is all of the positive I have. This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in! EVERY surface was grimy, dirty, unclean...floors, walls, counters...everything. After driving all day I got to spend 3 hours cleaning the hotel room. I will never stay here again. Additionally, the air conditioner had to be switched out with another air conditioner so our room was extremely hot for the first 6 hours or so. I do not recommend this to anyone who prefers cleanliness.

For the 2 days we stayed there there was smoking in elevator and smell of smoke on the 2nd floor. Some staff members were not friendly.
Staff members stood in the main entrance smoking despite the fact that fhere was a sigh which said NO SMOKING.

It does not look like the photos presented on Expedia or the website. No iron or blow dryer. Booked a non smoking room room with a one queen bed and got placed in a smoking room with ashtrays and 2 beds. Burn hole in comforter and very dirty floors. Would not return here.
