The staff was very helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was big and clean; the bathtub was especially impressive. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful 3D2N stay in Conrad Macao, and we hope to stay here again for our next Macau trip.

We only stayed for 2 nights. Vincent who checked us in was very helpful as our room was not ready. He knew we were eating at Churchill's and came to let us know our room was ready. He also checked us out!

1. Front desk staff attempted to charge me full room rate although I've paid via Expedia. 2. All the shampoo, bath soap, conditioner, and body lotion in room are provided in refillable bottles instead of brand new small bottles. The body lotion bottle was even empty which obviously someone miss to refill it. 3. Breakfast at Churchill is a mess. At first front desk staff failed to inform me about breakfast details when I checked in although it is booked via Expedia. Luckily I remember I have booked the breakfast and manage to call the CS staff later on to secure a booking time. However, even though I show up on time in front of the restaurant receiption, I still need to queue for more than 20 minutes before I can sit in, and it was a weekday.
