We were expecting a kitchenette and a balcony and we didn't get either, the air con in the room was not working, the beds were slightly too hard, I asked the housekeeping staff to come back later and they proceeded to sigh and close the door. "This hotel is AMAZING! The daily Breakfast was way more than what I could ever imagine so fresh!! Coffee, tea, and even mimosas are available! Rooms are clean, and the staff is super helpful and nice! Beach view is a huge bonus, and the beach is at the foot of the hotel! I used the gym daily, and it was clean! The gym provides wipes for cleaning after a sweaty session and a water machine to keep you hydrated!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Upon Harbor – Seixal Bay Hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a huge terrace, which I especially loved. The pool bar was also a highlight — the burgers were absolutely excellent. The staff did a wonderful job throughout my stay: friendly, attentive, and professional. The only thing I would personally change is the bedding. I would much prefer natural pillows and duvets instead of synthetic ones, as I think this would better match the overall quality and comfort of the hotel. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and a lovely place to stay."
