My experience at this hotel left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel had serious issues with maintenance. The pool was broken, and we were not notified ahead of time. If we had known, we would have canceled and booked elsewhere. The only reason we booked this hotel room was to be able to swim. When I asked if the pool would be fixed during our stay, the employee said no but that he would note that we would like a partial refund. When we checked out, not only did we not get that, but the manager didn't even ask how our stay was. I contacted the corporate office in an attempt to address these issues before leaving a review. However, the response I received was far from satisfactory. They basically told me that things break. They did not address the fact that I was told I'd get a partial refund and did not. This hotel has an issue with customer service and accountability.

This is an older hotel but reasonably clean and the breakfast was good. We booked it for the pool, which ended up being out of order, so that was a bit disappointing.

We had to switch rooms the 1st room we walked into smelled like dirty feet. I'm truly surprised as I've rented rooms here in the past and seemed to be pretty clean.

Liked everything about the property but parked my semi in the gravel lot next door not realizing it was baymount property cause their signs were over grown with bushes. The guy from the next door hotel was kinda nasty about it and threatened to tow it. Everything about the Hampton inn is excellent though

The hotel is clean and well kept, however it is a bit old. I would still highly recommend the hotel because of its location to Louisville.

Other than being falsely told that the pool was heated indoors it’s a nice motel

The room was clean, and the coffee supplies were well stocked. The breakfast was OK.
