Went arrived on a friday.Person at counter when checking in was not very friend,no smile what so ever. We get to our room and first thing we see is a big stain on the throw pillow on the bed and big stain on the bed spread. Sink stopper broken and laying in sink. We were there for my sons wedding on Saturday which was going to be late when we were done so we rented the room for Saturday as well. So distraught on condition of room we decided to make the 2 hour drive at midnight to go home and lose our payment for the second night. We will be staying with baymont again

It is important to note that for a double room, you cannot put a rollaway bed in the room so they can only sleep four and not five. Expedia needs to update their information.

We booked this hotel for a basketball tournament in Louisville, KY. When entering our room, first noticed the smoke detector hanging by its wires from the ceiling. The A/C unit was dirty and dusty. Also noticed a few bugs along the window on the inside. Immediately called the front desk to move rooms but because of the tournament all other rooms were booked. We were informed by front desk work that they could refund the amount of 1 night fee of our stay for the inconvenience. It has been 3 days since we checked out and no refund. When contacting the hotel we were told there is no note on our account. This is extremely disappointing and will not stay again at any Baymont location.

The interior was dated from the lobby to the rooms. The staff at night was nice but smelled. During the day I felt like I was being watched. The rooms are beyond dated and the toiletries are so tiny.

Bathroom fan/light was loud. Doors has been patched from previous violent entry.
