I recently stayed at this hotel, and it far exceeded my expectations. Although the property is dated, it is very well maintained, showcasing a charming and nostalgic ambiance. The standout feature of my stay was the exceptionally friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone. My room was very comfortable, with cozy beds that provided a great night's sleep. The in-room jacuzzi was a wonderful addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience, combining a well-maintained classic charm with top-notch service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay near Mesa Verde and the Four Corners Monument.

Staff was okay, room was average honestly not worth staying for what you’re paying. Housekeeping goes and wakes you up when you haven’t even checked out unsure why??? Literally wasn’t able to sleep and they started knocking at 9am when checkout is at 11am unless who checked us in told us the wrong time. Don’t think we’ll be returning we had stayed here in the past a few times wasn’t bad.

The standout feature of this hotel are.its breakfasts! A great variety for hungry hikers such as my husband. Esp the green chile stew homemade by the breakfast ladies! Also appreciated that they took dogs, and the indoor pool & hot tub. I am disabled, so I appreciated the proximity of parking to our room. The beds were comfy. I did have a problem with the disabled shower. While the enclosure was spacious, the toggle to switch the water from shower-head to the "hose" attachment was not only too high for me to reach, it was almost too high for my husband (standing on tiptoes with arms outstretched) to reach! There are shower setups where the toggle is located at the base of the fixture, and I strongly encourage this hotel chain (and all others) to get those!!! Also, no soap and no hairdryer in the room.
