Forgot an item of clothing which had a credit card in the pocket, when I contacted the hotel I was told it wasn't found, however, someone attempted to use the credit card.

Dear Mrs. Pennie, we usually don't reply to our guest reviews because it's important to know the guest experience and where to improve. But it should be noted that the hotel management immediately contacted you in order to analyze the situation and without any tangible proof of where this pocket may have been lost and where (date and place) the transaction is attempted, the card may also have been used by other people and not necessarily by someone on our staff. As from previous emails exchanged in private form, I await further proofs to conduct more in-depth investigations. Regards.

Bella struttura camere piccole servizio basic

Stanza piccola , avevo prenotato una camera per 2 persone ci siamo trovati in una stanza con un letto incastrato tra 2 pareti che bisogna salire sul letto a cavalcioni con una coperta singola ed un piumone singolo , stanza bella , lavandino quasi assente , se arrivate tardi leggete bene perché c’è un supplemento di 22€ da pagare , la reception chiude alle 19 , colazione solo dolce buona ma le tante misure covid da rispettare assolutamente assenti , buono nel suo complesso ma cara come struttura per quello che offre se bisogna aggiungere 22€ per il late arrival
