The building outside looked nice, but the inside looked trashed. There was a letter in my room that said if I didn't take out the trash myself. I would be charged 50 dollars. I have never stayed at a motel that required you to take out your own trash. The Ac didn't work well. It was hot in the room. When I walked into my room the vent cover in the bathroom was laying on the sink. Which I went to install it back.. It was a bad experience all and all. Will not be staying there again.

Discussing! Very dirt. Bed sheets dirt, bath tub drain clogged, smell horrible. Would not recommend to anyone

One of the rooms, clean no issues. The 2nd room clean but had a musty smell. There was a strong "skunky" odor in the elevator and the floor/hallway (4th floor) the whole time we were there. Also, I entered the elevator and two trash bags (9:00 am) were there unattended. not sure why?

There was no breakfast available and there were no ice machines on the floors. We had three rooms booked. There were no towels in one of the rooms on the 4th floor and the front desk was gone for the night when discovered.

DO NOT STAY HERE! HAD TO WAIT 20 MIN TOCHECK IN, desk clerk was lettig guests into their room. NO KEY ACCESS FOR GUESTS, clerk said it's been that way for over a week. Told clerk we would check out in the morning. 3 night stay. Next morning no one at front dest, completely closed by wood panel. Tried to reach manager for day. Was charged full amount, when asked mgr 5 days later,I had to call, no return call left message 4 times. Thursday finally got manager to answer the phone. Asked why full charge, he said for total reservation. I asked for refund, he said we don't refund for any reason, very rude. There problem was still not fixed. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Nothing really outstanding from this hotel. The staff was very kind and friendly during the stay but the hotel itself was in horrible condition. It stinked from the smoking even tho it says non-smoking and the bed sheets and towels were dirty and stained. There was only 1 staffed memeber at night who was doing her best trying to help everyone so kuddos to her. This suite needs to better their managing and cleanliness in its rooms. The staff was the only positive thing during the stay.
