The Ac unit didn’t blow cold air it was pretty stuffy in the room & the day of checkout as I was getting ready the water went out!

Couldn't get door open to the room after making several trips to the front desk. I requested a different room. Asked for a late check out. I was refused.

Everything was to the T , except they need to tell people in advance if they need a deposit or not. They need more communication skills other than that 💯
