room was not the cleanst, toilet plugged twice, Maintenance had to be told how to fix it. Bath tub dirty no daily room cleaning washer and dryer rusted didn't have coffee had to exchange towels

Hotel was barely cleaned, and had minimal supplies. The "breakfast" was dry cereal and a yogurt. That's basically it. I know it was a cheaper hotel yet I still feel robbed.

I am sorry to hear that we were not what you had hoped for; while we try to be as budget friendly as possible, we do offer grab and go breakfast item which includes coffee, tea, juice, milk, cereal, yogurt, granola bars and fresh fruits everyday. Again, I appreciate your business.

Beds are tooo hard, toilet was not flushing missed a day of getting clean towels

Easy transaction at check in, room was very clean, bed was comfortable and it was nice and cool after a long day at the ball park.
