I was not a bit satisfied with the corpus Christy would not go back to that nasty place, roaches all over at night, terrible u need to close that place down, the bathtub was cracked, just nasty, I think I need to get my money refunded to me.

This place looks nothing like the pictures, trash cans were full and overflowing, food laying on the ground. I slipped on a chicken bone going up the stairs to my room

Arrived Wednesday 5/8/23 evening, had evening shower hot water running good. Thursday morning shower NO hot water before going to work, came back from work, NO hot water. Friday morning shower before work NO hot water, last day with the room, wow, Saturday morning shower luke warm water, yeah finally when I’m leaving. Let the front desk employee know about the hot water ISSUE, his response was “I’ll write it down”, as working in retail, I know about Customer Service, at this point there was NONE! I would have offer a reimbursement of a day or try to make BAD incident BETTER! They DID NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE thru the day! This is SIGN at the front desk! When does a Hotel let their Guests stay in their room without making or refreshing the bed and room. Their idea of room service is leaving at the TV desk 3 plastic cups, 2 little tubes of shampoo & 2 little bars of body soap! Wyndham made a bad decision in taking this property under its umbrella! This is My review and it’s a FACT!

I tried to cancell prior to my stay but I was told since I used a 3rd party they had no access to do so...Bathroom had not been cleaned found pubic hair when i lifted top of toilet, didn't feel safe, due to surrounding area were apartments or condos with people looking out their windows/patios to your room...

The property had one housekeeper, and no daily services. Continental breakfast was cereal, yogurt, sludge for coffee, and watered-down orange juice. Guava orange juice was good. It appears they are updating an older hotel. Clean enough. Okay for what we needed. smaller rooms.

Restrooms didn’t work, showers had mold, room smelled, I wanted a refund but they said no.

Trash on deck left for the birds to tear open and the wind and bird carry it away. Breakfast could of been a bigger variety
