I would recommend the villa it’s a nice and spacious villa.

We checked Friday night and room was a little warm, and TV kept saying No Signal. Called down to the front desk and lady at the front said " There is so many people on the island and with the recent weather that spectrum has been having issue, but promised it would be back on any minute, and that they had a few rooms without AC, and they would get to ours as soon as they could". Woke up the next morning still no TV, and still no one came and checked on the AC. When we got back Saturday to the room it was all reported again! No one ever. Sunday morning we got up early, and went down to the office abd told the lady at the frot desk, and this time we were told that because it was never documented by the first 2 women that they didnt know anything about it and Oh well. So if you want to pay over $500 for a room without any amenities that they advertise then this is the place for you! I for one will never stay at this place again. Their excuse was pretty much " to many people on the island." Apparently they are not prepared for a busy crowd, and its a OH WELL not our problem and your SOL!

Disgusting! Rude front desk employee, dirty rooms, no fire alarm, the noise level is awful, broken tv.....just plain disgusting

For what I paid I guess it’s to be expected that the room smelled like stagnant ocean water and the bathroom smelled like sewer. The staff was absolutely nice and accommodating and I will say the room was clean no sand or anything when we checked in but I think the ac unit was what smelled like stagnant ocean water. Other than that the beds were ok but clean ( I always check for bed bugs). Overall not bad for the price.

The only issues we had was that the room had roaches and the neighbors where screaming at 5am which woke us up

Front desk woman was very nice. We areived late and she helped us right away. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and it was quiet during the night.
