I, the owner, checked you in to the hotel at reception. I have no idea of your problems at our hotel as you did not discuss them with us. To give our hotel a 2 out of 5 is very unfair as you never made contact to discuss your issues to give us a chance to make whatever changes necessary. We noticed when you checked out, that there was diesel oil from your 250 diesel truck all over our inside concrete. Do not worry about it as we have cleaned all of it up. Please choose another hotel in the future, as we do not wish you here in the future. Thanks Management

Hidden Gem in Corozal!
Posted 9 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe spent 14 days in Belize. This hotel was one of the nicest by far. We stayed in San Ignacio, Caye Caulker and San Pedro. Even better than the hotel itself was the staff. The owner is absolutely amazing and responds fast to questions and concerns!!
