The facilities were relatively good considering competition within the Coron area. The downside though are the flight of stairs we had to climb every time we have to go down to the lobby or the dining area. Cleanliness can also be improved, especially the areas where guests leave used glasses and plates outside their rooms. But generally the staff were very courteous and accommodating.

The resort looks very nice aesthetically, however we encountered many problems at this hotel which made our stay far from relaxing. The staff were slow in responding to issues, however with that said they did try to accommodate our concerns. We were put in room 101 which is the first room by the entrance to the hotel and main road. We were concerned this would be noisy at night, and requested a change. We were advised there were no other rooms available, but surprisingly they had rooms for guests checking in later that day! We stayed in 101, and people were talking 24/7, not to mention the noise of revving engines!! We asked to change the next morning, again we were advised there were no rooms until we spoke to the manager. We were finally changed to room 403, but there is was hot water available! We were given a temporary room to shower in, and were promised we would be transferred to a 3rd room on our 3rd day. The temp room had lukewarm water, and started to leak from the ceiling and flood. When we were finally put in the 3rd room our shower woes continued, water was lukewarm, and you cold not get any water from the shower head unless you constantly hold a button!! Breakfast was appalling. Some days no sliced bread available, no egg station initially until they were forced to create due to guest feedback. Breakfast starts at 6.30 but they we’re not ready till 7am. Other issues: Uncomfortable pool beds, poor customer service & administration, and too many hotel rules!!

I wanted to spoil myself for a few days during my stay in the Philippines but I loved this place so much that I ended up staying for 7 nights! A bit out of town but for me this was perfect as I was so sick of hearing all the construction, roosters and general noise when staying at other hotels. This place was really made me feel like I was on holidays, Greek inspired and a little luxe, clean, stylish, quiet, good food selection on menu, pool is lovely, pleasant music, staff are very helpful (particularly Mark who was so attentive). The staff are always happy to help with tours, laundry, airport transfer and they even made me a special ginger tea with local honey when I was sick. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend staying here if you want to relax in peace and experience good service. Thankyou Palladium! Cons: - Wifi was only outside my door and at the lobby but is super fast and being fixed as we speak. - Some foods not available on the menu due to ingredients.

In my opinion, this place is overpriced. It definitely looks nice on the first glance and it's nicely located a little our of town, but still very close to everything. The rooms are rather small and stuffy. The bed is very good though. Only wifi in the lobby, even mobile data doesn't work in the rooms. The restaurant is not good at all. What they offer as Greek food is a disgrace to Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Too expensive for not enough value.

Not worth the money

Posted 26 Aug 2018
The pictures online looks good but not worth the money. The room is small you have to leave your luggage on the floor the rest of your stay. We stayed 4 nights there is no WiFi in the room, even at the reception wifi is terribly weak. But the most horrifying thing is those vase in front of the room. On the second day I saw the biggest aedes mosquito of my life at the rim of the vase. When I look inside the vase I saw so many larvae wriggling inside. I overturn the big vase to pour them out it was so shocking. I went into the room to take my mobile so I could take picture, but it was killed by my partner before I could snap it. I really fear for those guest especially kids that stays there and might get stung and have dengue when they reach home in their country not knowing where they got stung. I have talk to them but they don't seems to be interested. They really must do something about this. It not a joking matter.

I stayed here for 9 days. It is new but not worth the money. It will be a good stay if it was less than USD50 per night. Some places with swimming pool and big rooms are USD 40 in Coron. 1. room condition - very small - not enough room for 2 people to comfortably unpack luggages - no place to hang wet stuff (Hanging rack came at the end of the trip) - There were thousands of ants in the room, on the bed, on the floor, on the table. 2. housekeeping - They said 2 comlimentary water everyday, but was not filled. It was only filled when requested. - Sometimes no towels were not changed. - Sometimes trash was not emptied. - Even there were so many ants and bugs in the room they dont do anything about them. 3. location It's at the very end of main road. Need to ride a tricycle or motorbike. Can not walk. Very dark on the way and dangerous. Take about 5-10mins from Town area. Can't say it's located on good place considering the size of Coron Town.

Helt greit opphold

Posted 8 Apr 2019 on Hotels
Fint og nytt hotell med god service! Men hadde rom rett ved siden av et teknisk rom som bråket store deler av natten, noe som gjorde deg vanskelig å sove. Nokså harde senger også. Til sammen et helt greit opphold.
