Room very humid. Carpet moist. No bathroom fan/venting. We were there three days and no servicing of the room. Refrigerator not cold enough. Pillows not comfortable.

Dear Luther,Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience while staying with us. Your experience with the humidity in the room is below our standard. The fan in the room has been repaired to avoid this happening again.Our housekeeping papers show that your room was cleaned after the second night, per Marriott standards, as a refresh. During a refresh the garbage is taken, the towels are refreshed if not hanging up and the bed is remade with the existing linen. Full cleans are completed for guests who are in house for 5 days or upon request.Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations.Sincerely,
